Pacific Palisades

Aptly named for the spectacular high bluffs overlooking the beautiful pacific, prestigious Pacific Palisades is noted for its incomparable  neighborhoods and refreshingly "Small Town" sense of community.

Located just North of Santa Monica, this picturesque town boasts many exceptional homes with absolutely spectacular ocean views!!

      With a population of around 23,00, the "Palisades" boasts an excellent school system (with rankings from the 50th to 80th percentile. The stunning Pacific Highlands is home to the newly refurbished J. Paul Getty Museum and the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine.

     Just inside the city limits is the ranch of legendary Will Rogers, which is the cornerstone of a renowned State Park and beach. Obviously, Pacific Palisades has "never met a park it didn't like".

     Although officially a community in the City of Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades residents exercise great local control -- maintaining a firm hold on protecting the town's quaint uniqueness.

    
With its annual holiday parades, noted charitable events and family-oriented picnics, Pacific Palisades' remarkable sense of community pride and involvement would put much of "small town America" to shame.
